We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how Mrs. Honeybee (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our app.
We collect information you provide (account email, purchase history) and automatically-collected usage data. We do not collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
We use your information to provide and improve the service, process subscriptions, send notifications you opt into, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Mrs. Honeybee is designed for children under parental supervision. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parents or guardians must create accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
Every email we send is transactional and goes to the adult account holder in response to something they did: confirming a new account, resetting a password, confirming a change of email address, confirming a subscription purchase, or confirming that an account has been deleted. We send no marketing or promotional email, and we do not share your address with anyone else.
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
You may access, correct, or delete your account information at any time in Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems. Please note that deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — that is cancelled from your Apple Account settings.
